Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using AwardScout, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account.

3. Subscription & Billing

Free accounts have usage limits. Paid plans (Explorer / Professional / Enterprise) are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel anytime; refunds are at our discretion for the current billing period.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell AwardScout data or access. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the platform.

5. Data & Intellectual Property

AwardScout owns the platform, algorithms, and aggregated data. You own the search results and pipeline data you create. You grant us a license to use your anonymized usage data to improve the service.

6. Limitation of Liability

AwardScout is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue from missed opportunities.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.
