1. Information We Collect

AwardScout collects information you provide when you create an account, search for contracts, save searches, or contact support. This includes email address, name, company details, NAICS preferences, and payment information processed through Stripe.

2. How We Use Your Data

  • Provide and improve the AwardScout platform
  • Send email alerts and weekly digests you opted into
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions
  • Analyze usage to improve features and match accuracy

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share limited information with Stripe (payments), Google (OAuth sign-in), and infrastructure providers necessary to run the service. We may disclose data if required by law.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Data is retained for 90 days after deletion for legal and billing purposes, then permanently removed.

5. Security

We use industry-standard encryption, secure cookies, rate limiting, and regular security audits. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
